Kappa Foundation

The Rock Hill Kappa Foundation is a 501-c3 non-profit public benefit charitable foundation operating in Rock Hill and surrounding communities. The foundation supports the goals of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity which include the following:

  • Provide local high school students the opportunity of touring surrounding colleges and universities and assist in the college admission process.
  • Provide community service project support to various groups and services organizations located in Rock Hill and surrounding communities.
  • Promote and instill values and ideals of achievement among school-age males from middle school through college.
  • Guide, encourage, mentor, and motivate school-age boys and young males to strive for excellence in academics and citizenship and continually portray a positive image in society.
  • Provide scholarship funds to qualified, worthy students enrolled in Lancaster, Chester, and York County high schools.

The Rock Hill Alumni Kappa Foundation was developed with the intent of making a positive difference through the National Guide Right Program. The Guide Right Program is the flagship national service program of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. and is consistent across all chapters throughout the fraternity. The focus of Guide Right is to provide young men with the necessary leadership skills and training needed to be successful in accomplishing their present and future goals, dreams, and aspirations.
